1. My family is much bigger than expected, but there are always a few branches that have those who have moved to other countries. If you go back far enough, my family were Polish immigrants. In fact, my great-great-great-grandfather died on the voyage. My family cannot be traced to America in any way, save for tourism and me, who was born in America.
2. There were a few tech issues, but the main problem is that the vast majority of my family, is, well, dead. I can go back three generations. Everyone else is dead. My dad's father, is also dead. That leaves my best contact as my grandmother Bente, who lives in Denmark with a six hour time difference. There is also a vast lack of information on Danish immigration due to the fact that Denmark has a population that rivals Singapore despite it's relatively massive size. Danes also rarely migrate due to their semi-patriotic culture.
3. Where all the hundreds of branches my family have all split off to- what happened to my Aunt's Cuban ex and his children? Where did my grandmother's seven sisters go? Did any of my family move to another country?

Tech Ed Blog #serialPrintIn{variable:currentBlogPostNumber};
We were only granted three days to work on our project due to teachers being taught how to teach. Despite this, we managed to push forward on the construction of our arcade box, after being shown the interior of another arcade box made by past students. The mass of wires, boards, panels, and switches was daunting, and further inspection is necessary before we can present any conclusion other than, "That thing's really complicated." Some ideas for switches and joysticks have been presented, but were primarily difficult to use or far too complex. Ockham's Razor: the simplest solution is always the best solution. As long as it doesn't sacrifice any features. No other work, sadly.
Unfortunately, all our sketches have disappeared... industrial espionage?

Tech Ed Week 5
Progress is slow. Work speed has decreased. Not a good week.
Far too much time has been spent on developing invisible flying rainbow drawing unicorn. A clever scratch design I am proud of, but not exactly useful in the game. We did some bug-fixing, crashed the game a few times, and did some general balancing of the games difficulty. Mr. Selley's one-class lecture on Scratch taught us a few useful tricks that has improved our coding ability considerably.
Not a very eventful turn of events, but it has given us some time to get our bearings and fix what has to be fixed, learn what has to be learnt, plan what has to be planned, and give us the energy to forge ahead with our game.

Forward to the Past and Why Waldo Should Be Detained
I just got asked if I had to live in either the past or the future for one year, where and when would I go. About half my class is now happily typing away at a question which is theoretically impossible to answer.
Because I have to, I'll get some complaining out of the way. What are the capabilities of time travel? Do I return to my normal life? Do I remember my past life? Can I see what the future will be like before I get there? I mean, jeez, our teachers ask us to be specific all the time, so why don't they have to be specific? Outrageous.
Now, while many other students have chosen past or future, I must concede that it matters incredibly little where you go if you did not know what your past life war. Happiness, which is probably the main reason the majority of people would travel in time, is entirely relative. So if you could not remember your past life and ended up as a slave during the Persian War, you would probably see your possessions the same was as you see the possessions you currently have, and would be no happier. If you were a futuristic trillionaire, the story would be the same.
If you did remember your past life, it would have to be a sudden decrease in the amount boredom, pointlessness, and lack of meaning, but this process is, again, relative. Human beings demand change. Being moved to a better and more enjoyable place could be fun for a few months, but when a year has passed change is demanded. Also, when that year is over, we'd see the same happiness in a reciprocal state. You can see this over the summer- children are commonly ecstatic at the start of summer, bored in the middle, and miserable at the end. You could invert the process to a delayed gratification state by going to a worse place than before.
So it matters so little where I go! It matters nothing! We are greedy, get over it. We're horrible people. You can be happy at the start and sad at the end, or sad at the start and happy at the end. There is no change to you happiness, it all balances out. No matter what happens. No one cares.
On the subject of Waldo's incredible ability to disappear, I bring to your attention the famous japanese anime, Death Note. In it, the main character is granted a piece of god-like power in the form of a death note, a small notebook which kills anyone who was their name written in it. The main character goes on the MURDER EVERY KNOWN CRIMINAL IN THE WORLD. While he believes he is doing something for mankind, he has been given absolute power and is soon corrupted. There are no checks and balances for him. He can kill anyone. Granting that much power to one person is incredibly stupid- he could control the world. Even worse, he thinks he is helping the world. Now Waldo here can disappear- a piece of god-like power. Soon, he could end up just as corrupt, robbing banks, selling drugs, hiding criminals for money, and he would be wildly successful. No one would be able to catch him. My opinion is that he should be detained before he is corrupted- he is little more than and actor in a children's book, and should not resist a surprise attack by a well-placed SEAL team. End Waldo before he becomes a threat.

Science Reflection- Unit 1, Science Basics: Scientific Method and the Metric Systrem
This unit in science we have learnt the very basics of science- designing experiment, making graphs, science tools, measuring processes, and unit conversion.
Our first few classes were pre-occupied with scientific tools, what they are, what they look like, what you use them for. Each student was granted an item and they had to figure out what it was. I received a concave glass lens known as a watch glass for holding dry chemicals. By far the most interesting was Ethan's striker, which was a flint and steel tool used for making short sparks to ignite chemicals. We later learned all of the tools, and then has a short test on our memorization of the tools.
Afterwards, we learnt the six basic Metric system prefixes, milli, centi, deci, deca, hecto, and kilo. Probably, it would not have been nearly as easy if it wasn't for the remembrance phrase: King Henry Doesn't Usually Drink Chocolate Milk. The metric system gave me some trouble at first, but I think I figured it out.
By far my favorite part of science so far has been chemical ignition of a gummy bear and acidic destruction of a protein. Probably the most hilarious and stereotypical science displays I have seen in a long time. They have both proved that science this year will probably turn out fine.
